The Creation King reveals to Shadow Moon that to ascend to the throne of Golgom, he must retrieve Kamen Rider Black’s King Stone. Meanwhile Kyoko and Katsumi, honoring Kotaro’s dying wish, prepares to flee to America to escape from the impending apocalypse.
